Welding Job Duties:

Selecting the proper type of welding torch tips for the metal
Lighting the torch and adjusting the regulators on the gas cylinders or torch to get the proper flame

Applying the torch flame to the metal until it melts
Applying a metal filler to bond the molten areas together

Opinions about the Interview

Jesus: he thinks that Industrial engineering is one of the earliest fields in which you can utilize computers in research, education, and practice. He said that you need more practice, experience, and knowledge to become into a good engineering . His future plans are work in a company, study English in the cevaz and go to London to practice. And finally He recommended engineering as a career because “this career is very important for the improvement of the Community and the world because this help to create enterprises, buildings, hospital, technology and others"

Mafe: she thinks Engineering is a science that uses the knowledge for applying different methods looking for a best quality of life. She said that become an Engineer you need be a leader, love your career and practice using your knowledge for improve the things that you want. And she recommended engineering as a career because is a Interesting career that transform the world using different techniques looking the best quality of life for people

I think that Engineering is the art of creation and Innovation , applying methods, processes, technology and ingenuity for a best quality of life.

What influenced you to pursue Industrial Engineering?

I chose this career because I like the numbers and my father tell me to study that.

To become an engineer it’s very important to know very well the discipline of acquiring and applying scientific and technical knowledge to the design, analysis, and the construction of works for practical purposes. It’s also very important to have a good knowledge about mathematics.
